Direct drive separator is Alfa Laval's latest answer to the challenge of keeping coolants clean and free from oil and bacteria.

From the economic point of view, the contaminated coolant increases the risk of rejects. That means the tools must be replaced more frequently. Also, it is expensive to dispose of the coolant. Using direct drive separator can eliminate this problem.

Features:

Easy to install
Alfie 200 is a small, compact unit, mounted on a frame and equipped with a plate that is screwed to the coolant tank.

Removes oil residue and particles
The separator skims off the coolant from the surface and separates the oil residue and particles down to 1 micron in size.

Simple cleaning
It is fast and easy to clean the separator. The casing is lifted off by hand in a few easy movements and the sediment that has been collected on the inside is brushed off.
