For drilling depths up to 8 × D, CrazyDrill SST-Inox can be applied directly on flat and regular surfaces without the need for a center hole or pilot hole. On irregular or rough surfaces, we recommend the use of a pilot drill (CrazyDrill Pilot SST-Inox) or a center drill (CrazyDrill Twicenter), both equipped with internal coolant channels.

Moreover, the CrazyDrill Cool drilling concept provides an effective alternative to the single-lip deep-hole drilling (gun drilling) method, eliminating the need for long and costly processes.
